"For the record".

One of my goals this year is to catch some fish that are bigger than current Scottish/U.K. records. For larger fish this is a tall order but there are a few mini species where I think they are beatable. Here's a list of the monsters I've caught so far in 2016...

1. Common Blenny/Shanny (Lipophrys Pholis)

   

   I've had three common blennies so far this year that were over the Scottish record of 46g. The biggest so far was 60g. Still 52g short of the U.K. record!
